About Us:

Job Description:

  • Perform product control and valuation control for offshore financial assets, including over-the-counter derivatives. Conduct daily independent price verification, profit and loss (P&L) analysis, position reconciliation, and market data consistency checks. Apply end-to-end, look-through valuation governance; assess the financial valuation impact of new models and changes to models, parameters, or methodologies; and oversee valuation reviews, parameter monitoring, and P&L calculations.
  • Develop and apply intelligent monitoring solutions to promptly identify unusual asset movements, enable dynamic analysis of financial asset performance, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of risk identification.
  • Monitor the risk and return performance of financial assets throughout their life cycle. Analyse transaction structures, issue early warnings on exceptions, and perform P&L attribution analysis to support comprehensive business-line insights and informed decision-making on budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Participate in product control system enhancement projects; continuously strengthen the product control function; review and optimise workflows; maintain relevant policies and procedures; and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve control quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of product control experience within a financial institution, with demonstrated capability in derivatives valuation modelling and a sound understanding of financial models and their implementation. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java is required. CFA or FRM certification is preferred.
  • Independent and self-motivated, with strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
