Senior Analyst, Business Analytics

Job Purpose
Support the AVP, Data Analysis & Reporting and Head of Business Governance in delivering analytics, reporting, business intelligence, automation, and decision-support solutions across Consumer Banking and other business units. The role focuses on data-driven insights, ad hoc analysis, CRM lead performance, digital analytics, and reporting automation to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, validate, and maintain data from Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and other banking systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Perform ad hoc analytics and deep-dive analyses to support business decision-making across Consumer Banking and other bank functions.
• Develop and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports, dashboards, and performance packs.
• Drive reporting automation and business intelligence initiatives using EDW, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on CRM campaign effectiveness, lead management performance, and conversion metrics.
• Track and provide insights on digital customer journeys, digital adoption, and sales funnel performance.
• Collaborate with business, technology, compliance, and stakeholder teams to support strategic projects, regulatory requirements, and process improvements.
• Conduct proactive business performance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to enhance customer, sales, and operational outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Reporting, or Decision Support functions within the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of Consumer Banking products, processes, and business models.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, OBIEE, Business Objects, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance principles is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.
