Product Analyst - Digital Assets

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Analyst - Digital Assets to support the development and delivery of innovative digital asset products. The role will work closely with Product Managers, Agile Squads, Engineering Teams, and Business Stakeholders to analyse requirements, define user stories, support testing activities, and ensure successful product delivery.

What You Will do:

• Support the execution of the Digital Assets product roadmap by analysing and prioritising business requirements.
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements through stakeholder engagement.
• Create Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria for Agile delivery teams.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Engineers, and Designers to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Participate in testing activities and support quality assurance to ensure successful product releases.
• Analyse customer feedback, market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to drive product enhancements.
• Assist in developing business cases and recommendations for new product initiatives.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities across multiple initiatives.
• Support customer and operational teams by addressing product-related queries and enhancements.
• Monitor product performance and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating and managing Epics, User Stories, and Product Backlogs.
• Understanding of Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience within Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Digital Assets environments.
• Experience working within Agile squads and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Exposure to Digital Assets, Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, Tokenisation, or related technologies.
• Understanding of banking products, regulatory requirements, and customer journeys.
• Agile certifications or relevant Product Management certifications.
