About The Role

We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded People Partner to support our Business Operations functions and help drive organizational performance through people. As a trusted advisor to leaders, you will partner closely with managers and department heads to develop talent, enhance employee experience, lead organizational change, and build high-performing teams.
This role combines strategic consulting with hands-on execution, requiring strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Respoinsbilties
Strategic Advisory & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with leaders to understand business priorities, workforce needs, and organizational challenges.
  • Translate business objectives into people strategies, talent initiatives, and organizational solutions.
  • Use workforce insights and business data to inform decisions and improve business performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement plans for strategic initiatives and organizational change efforts.
  • Partner effectively with Centers of Excellence (Talent, Learning, Rewards, Recruitment, and People Operations) to deliver integrated people solutions.
  • Influence and align diverse stakeholders to achieve business and people objectives.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects that drive organizational success.

Talent & Performance Partnering

  • Drive performance management, performance reviews, calibrations, and career development processes.
  • Coach leaders on performance conversations, talent decisions, employee development, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Identify high-potential talent, capability gaps, and development opportunities.
  • Support performance improvement initiatives and foster a culture of accountability and continuous feedback.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Lead employee engagement and listening initiatives, translating feedback into actionable improvement plans.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen culture, inclusion, wellbeing, retention, and employee experience.
  • Drive engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and culture-building activities.
  • Monitor employee sentiment and proactively address engagement and retention risks.

Organizational Effectiveness & Change

  • Advise leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, workforce readiness, and operating model improvements.
  • Lead and support organizational change, restructuring, and transformation initiatives.
  • Manage change impacts, stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and change adoption strategies.
  • Enable leaders to successfully navigate growth, transformation, and business change.

Employee Relations & Risk Management

  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, investigations, performance concerns, and workplace issues.
  • Ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate people-related risks while balancing employee experience and business needs.

People Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze workforce metrics and people data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop actionable recommendations that improve engagement, retention, organizational effectiveness, and business outcomes.
  • Use data storytelling and insights to influence decision-making and measure the impact of people initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or People Partner role.
  • Experience supporting business, operations, commercial, customer-facing, or corporate functions within a fast-paced organization.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, organizational development, employee relations, and engagement.
  • Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting workforce data and translating insights into action.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, consulting, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of labor law, HR practices, and people governance.
