The role:
As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will help drive our goals by:

Act as the trusted business partner to the sales team in the American Region, developing a deep understanding of the business and sales operation.

Partnering with sales teams toprovidefinancial insight,challengeand support decision-making across customer accounts
-
Leading financial planning,budgetingand forecasting activities for the commercial function
-
Analysingperformance trends and translating data into actionable insights to improve profitability and cash delivery
-
Supporting the development and evaluation of business cases, commercialproposalsand pricing decisions
-
Driving collaboration between finance,salesand operations to ensure alignment on performance and targets
-
Embedding strong financial controls and ensuring compliance across commercial activities
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

Experience in a finance business partnering role within a complex or globalorganisation

Strong financial analysis,modellingand commercial acumen
-
Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
-
Experience in budgeting,forecastingand performance management processes
-
Strong communicationskills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly
-
Professional accounting qualification (e.g.ACA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
