Student - Intern, Office of Faculty Development

This position will assist with research, marketing, annual reports and special events pertaining to the Office of Faculty Development, The Boyer Center, Teaching and Learning, Christian Faith and Academic Vocation, and New Educator Orientation.
$9.00/hour
2026-27 Academic Year
Primary Duties:

• Perform office duties such as
• Creating PowerPoint presentations
• Website edits
• Designing posters, flyers, and invitations
• Distribute flyers, postcards, posters
• Track various FacDev data in Excel spreadsheets
• Assist with programs and events
• Assist with set-up and preparation of materials for programs and events
• Assembling binders or folders
• Develop schedules
• Create and design Qualtrics Surveys
• Research topics related to Faculty Development.
• Make copies and prepare and print documents.
• Assist the Dean for Faculty Development and other Faculty Development leaders with various projects and reports.
• Be responsive to emails and other communications.
• Commit to the work of assigned projects and follow through until completion.
• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.

Strong written and communication skills. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
