About The Role

  • Support business teams in executing day-to-day operations and achieving departmental goals.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and contribute to digitization initiatives.
  • Participate in customer onboarding processes, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Respond to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to market outreach, research, and analysis to support business growth and expansion.
  • Assist in cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Support efforts to enhance customer experience through effective communication and service support.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify innovative solutions and best practices.
  • Participate in training, learning activities, and continuous development programs.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Teamwork and collaboration mindset
  • Basic understanding of digital tools and technology (preferred)
