About The Role

DNAM Brands is a family-owned and operated company that owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Allbirds, Badgley Mischka, and more.
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service / Data Entry professional with 2–3 years of experience, preferably within the apparel, fashion, wholesale, or consumer products industry.
This position will support our customers and internal teams by processing orders, maintaining accurate account information, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with day-to-day order management. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently

Review orders for pricing, quantities, styles, colors, sizes, and shipping information

Maintain and update customer accounts, order details, and product information

Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, availability, shipping, backorders, and general account questions

Provide customers with order confirmations and status updates

Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Shipping, and Accounting departments

Monitor open orders and follow up on pending or delayed shipments

Assist with order changes, cancellations, returns, credits, and other customer service requests

Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies when needed

Maintain organized customer records and documentation

Communicate professionally with customers by phone and email

Assist the Customer Service and Sales teams with additional administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

-
2–3 years of Customer Service and/or Data Entry experience
-
Apparel, fashion, wholesale, or consumer products experience strongly preferred

Strong data-entry skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail

Experience processing customer purchase orders

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to prioritize multiple orders and deadlines

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Dependable, professional, and able to follow through on customer requests
