Manager - Client Management Operations, Setclear

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Monitoring and taking care of the monthly budget for Operations team and sending for approval to higher management
• Monitoring Inventory for Pune Ops team
• Keeping a track of Operation team Headcount
• Scheduling interviews for Operations team need to coordinate with all consultancy’s, management, and HR team
• Coordinating with Admin team for day-to-day work for Eg desk movement, team roster etc.
• Conducting R&R for Operations Team
• Conducting charity events
• Coordinating for employees/visitor’s official travel and taking care of visitor’s calendar when they are in Pune
• Coordinating with HR for having training/session for Operations team
• Assisting Head of Middle Office & Head of Pune Operations in daily work and setting up meeting invites and booking rooms
• Assist other teams, as required, to meet organizational objectives and enhance overall business operations

Requirements

• Graduate with 5 – 8 years of work experience as Associate, Business Management / Business Manager / Executive Assistant
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are a must-have.
• Good understanding of constitutional documents and corporate structures is required
• Working knowledge of Billing processes & Accounts Payable is essential
• Knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations
• Attention to detail and process oriented
• Investigative skills
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Good prioritization, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Self-motivated, desire to be challenged and eager to learn
