<p>We provide high-quality ABA services designed to help children build meaningful skills, increase independence, and reach their full potential.</p>
<p><strong>This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.</strong></p>
<h2><strong>Current Opportunity</strong></h2>
<p>We're currently seeking a<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong>Certified Behavior Technician</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>to provide services in <strong>Lakewood for an 8 year-old client</strong>.</p>

<p><strong>Schedule:</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Approximately<span class="Apple-converted-space"> <strong>10</strong></span><strong> hours per week. <strong data-start="318" data-end="426">Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align</strong></strong></p>

<li>
<p><strong>Days/Times:</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> MTTHF 4-6 p.m.</span></p>

<p><strong>Preferred Candidate:</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Open to all qualified CBTs</p>

<p><strong>Interested in additional or future virtual hours?</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>As our virtual program continues to develop, CBTs who establish themselves successfully with in-person services may have opportunities to take on<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong>hybrid or virtual cases</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>as they become available.</p>

<h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Deliver services in the client's home and/or school</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>What You'll Need</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Required</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p><strong>Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>High school diploma or equivalent</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Reliable transportation to the client's location</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong communication and organizational skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Willingness to provide in-person services</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Preferred</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Previous ABA therapy experience</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Two or more years of experience working with children</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities</p>
</li>
</ul>
