About The Role

Ce que vous ferez chez nous
- Participer à l’accompagnement et au conseil des clients dans les domaines de la santé et sécurité au travail, de la protection de la santé et du management environnemental.
- Réaliser des analyses de risques et des évaluations de sécurité sur les lieux de travail.
- Contribuer à la préparation de rapports et de présentations EHS destinés aux clients.
- Participer aux audits et inspections ainsi qu’au suivi de la mise en œuvre des actions correctives.
- Contribuer au développement et à la mise en œuvre de programmes et de formations EHS.
- Soutenir les clients dans le respect des obligations légales et des standards internes en matière d’EHS.
- Effectuer des déplacements professionnels, principalement en Suisse et, si nécessaire, à l’international.
Ce qui vous distingue
- Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine technique ou scientifique et/ou formation complémentaire en santé et sécurité au travail.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’allemand, ainsi qu’un niveau d’anglais courant. Toute autre langue constitue un atout.
- Disponibilité pour des déplacements professionnels au niveau national et, ponctuellement, à l’international.

Junior EHS Consultant (f/m)
Location: Zurich, Lausanne, Sierre, or remote
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (part-time arrangements also possible)
Employment Type: Permanent contract
What You Will Do
- Support clients in the areas of occupational health and safety, workplace health protection, and environmental management.
- Conduct workplace risk assessments and safety evaluations.
- Assist in the preparation of EHS reports and client presentations.
- Participate in audits and inspections and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of EHS programs and training initiatives.
- Support compliance with legal requirements and internal EHS standards.
- Travel for client assignments, primarily within Switzerland and occasionally internationally.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Degree in an engineering, technical, scientific, or related field and/or additional qualifications in occupational health and safety.
- Excellent French and German language skills, with professional-level English. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland and, when required, internationally.
