About The Role

Achieve sales targets and retail volume goals for the assigned region (Central India)
Ensure profitable growth, achieve targeted volume and maintain the required market share year over year accordance to allocated resources.
Identify and pursue new customer opportunities within the region.
Introduce new products to the market and drive their successful adoption.
Conduct monthly meetings with customers and financiers to generate leads and foster relationships.
Organize and execute demo and loaded trials at preferred locations to showcase our products.
Train and coach the dealer sales team to enhance their performance and sales skills.
Ensure the dealer sales team follows the DICV sales process, including CRM and TCO applications.
Monitor and track the performance of new products, especially those designed for mining applications (coal, OB, lignite).
Stay updated on competitor activities and provide valuable feedback to the team.
B.E / B.Tech - Mechanical , Automobile or related fields.
8-10 years of experience in sales of commercial vehicles or construction equipment, with a focus on the mining industry.
Proven experience in handling channel service for the mining industry.
In-depth knowledge of the Indian mining industry, commercial vehicle processes, and Indian CV products.
Strategic and conceptual competence, coupled with excellent communication skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Proficiency in using CRM and sales management tools.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region for business purposes.
