Technician 2, Quality

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• General response/ Chịu trách nhiệm chung về:
• Product Batch/ Lô sản xuất
• Machine Status/ Tình trạng máy móc
• Quality, Measurement Tool/ Chất lượng, dụng cụ đo.
• Suggestion for improvement/ Đề xuất cải tiến

Education & Experience

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate level diploma in mechanical engineering/metal cutting or related mechanical engineering fields / Tốt nghiệp tối thiểu Trung cấp các ngành về kỹ thuật cơ khí/ Cắt gọt kim loại hoặc các ngành kỹ thuật cơ khí có liên quan.
• At least 5 years of experience working in product inspection in a QC department within a manufacturing environment./ Ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc kiểm tra sản phẩm ở bộ phận QC trong môi trường sản xuất

Skills

• Ability to read and understand 2D mechanical drawings/ Biết đọc hiểu bản vẽ cơ khí 2D
• Ability to use measuring instruments in the mechanical industry/ Biết sử dụng dụng cụ đo trong ngành cơ khí
• Ability to use a CMM measuring machine/ Biết sử dụng máy đo CMM
• Ability to create basic CMM measurement programs/ Biết lập làm chương trình đo CMM cơ bản

Working Conditions

• Operating CMM machines with various products/ Vận hành máy CMM với các sản phẩm khác nhau
• Exposure to various chemicals such as: Coolants, Cleaning chemicals, Oils/ Tiếp xúc với nhiều loại hóa chất như: Dầu làm mát, Hóa chất tẩy rửa, Dầu
• Wear safety shoes at all times during your shift/ Mang giày an toàn mọi lúc trong ca làm việc
• Wear safety glasses in designated areas/ Đeo kính an toàn tại các khu vực xác định
