Senior Technician, Equipment Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components, wiring, and perform soldering according to drawings and work instructions.
• Operate machines, use hand tools, and perform product inspection with measurement equipment.
• Conduct self-inspection and ensure products meet quality and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and report defects or abnormalities.
• Support process improvement, defect analysis, and quality improvement activities.
• Guide and support operators to follow work instructions and drawings.
• Work with Maintenance to ensure machines and equipment operate properly.
• Support Process Engineers in new product verification and assembly.

Requirements

• Diploma/Associate Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with technical drawings, hand tools, measurement equipment, and small/fragile components.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation/programming is preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
