About The Role

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Identify and engage top active and passive candidates using innovative sourcing techniques and talent networks.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market insights, talent availability, hiring decisions, and compensation discussions.
Promote and communicate UL Solutions' employer value proposition to attract high-caliber talent.
Lead and support employer branding initiatives to enhance awareness and positioning in the talent market.
Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies, including university partnerships, career fairs, internships, and early talent programs.
Ensure recruitment processes, candidate records, and hiring activities are compliant and accurately maintained within the applicant tracking system.
Stay informed on recruitment trends, market intelligence, and best practices to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 - 3 years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate or agency environment.
Proven success in sourcing and recruiting talent in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leveraging social media, networking platforms, and innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicable employment regulations.
Excellent communication, influencing, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
