About The Role

The Collecting Group (TCG) isn't your average company; we're a team of culture curators who live and breathe cars and watches. We're not just disrupting the auction industry, we're redefining it. Our brands, Collecting Cars and Collecting.com, are already leading the pack, but we're just getting started. We're expanding and we're looking for a Creative Designer to join us in our London HQ.
The Role
The Creative Designer will work across Collecting Cars and Collecting.com. They will take briefs and translate them into visual assets that power our auctions, social channels, email marketing, and global campaigns across our two brands and international markets.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on production role in a business that requires a high volume of creativity and urgency. You will support and sometimes take the creative lead on the recurring production workload, delivering auction and lot creative, social assets, email templates, campaign versioning, event collateral, and pitch decks.
While the primary focus is executing against an established creative strategy with speed, consistency, and precision, you will have the opportunity to progress into shaping the visual direction over time.
If you are a fast, reliable, and detail oriented designer who turns briefs into polished, on brand assets, who can work autonomously and you have a genuine passion for cars and luxury assets, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver consistent, high-volume visual assets supporting our weekly, fast-paced global auction calendar.
  • Produce platform tailored static graphics, carousels, video cut-downs, and reusable templates optimised for performance across all social channels.
  • Create engaging email designs, CRM campaign assets, and modular templates that drive subscriber engagement and auction participation.
  • Adapt primary campaign creative into various formats, aspect ratios, sizes, and market-specific variants across multiple digital and print channels.
  • Design physical and digital assets for events, including display signage, print marketing collateral, sponsorship materials, and exhibition graphics.
  • Build polished, on-brand decks, pitch templates, and executive documentation for commercial and leadership teams.
  • Maintain and organise the centralised brand asset library, ensuring logos, typography, component kits, and templates remain up to date and accessible.
  • Take complete ownership of the weekly auction calendar and channel production, ensuring all recurring creative outputs run seamlessly without requiring daily escalation or management oversight.
  • Standardise and upgrade the creative template suite using modern software and automation tools to drive maximum speed, efficiency, and visual consistency.
  • Establish streamlined design request and approval workflows in close partnership with the Head of Editorial to maintain alignment across content, social, and creative deliverables.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 2–5 years of professional design experience in an in-house brand team or agency environment.
  • Experienced in producing high-quality, high-volume creative content consistently
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proven ability to work within established brand guidelines and design systems, executing on brand assets across varied placements with confidence.
  • Experience managing high-volume, fast-moving workflows across multiple brands, channels, and international markets simultaneously.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for automotive culture, watches, or luxury collectibles, leveraging audience insight to elevate output quality.

Nice to have:

  • Basic motion and video, After Effects or Premiere for social cut-downs.
  • Experience designing for email at scale.
  • Templating or design-automation experience.
  • Automotive, watch, luxury or collectibles background

Benefits:

  • Access to private health insurance for you and your family
  • Professional development allowance
  • Company pension contribution
  • Performance bonus
  • 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays (an additional day per year served after 2 years of tenure)
  • The opportunity to attend amazing automotive and watch events such as Salon Privé, Bakkies & Bolides, Techno Classica Salon, Noose Concours d'Elegance and many more
