Onboarding Specialist (Night Shift)

Job Description

• Handle administrative onboarding processes.
• Coordinate and monitor background check processing and completion.
• Conduct candidate follow-ups regarding onboarding requirements, application status, and documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact between candidates, supervisors, and HR for onboarding and recruitment-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate records in HR systems.
• Support recruitment-related administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and status tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company onboarding procedures and hiring requirements.
• Assist in process improvements related to onboarding and recruitment administration.
• At least 6 months experience in HR/Recruitment/Onboarding
• Fresh Grads are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in using MS Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw, Mandaluyong and Buendia. Makati
• Amenable working night shift
