Recruitment Specialist

ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Screening resumes and candidates - through e-mail, phone call and web (100% English)
• Facilitating quality interviews
• Negotiating salary and hiring requirements with stakeholders
• Attending job fairs and hiring events
• Generating reports for the Recruitment leadership and company stakeholders as needed
• Tracking staffing information and properly maintaining employee database
• Communicating effectively with candidates
• Managing background and reference checks
• With a Bachelor's degree in Psych, HR, Business Ad, Behavioral Science, or similar
• With at least 6 months of recruitment experience (fresh grads can apply)
• With Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Must be familiar with MS Tools
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
