Associate Vice President - Digital Assets & Cybersecurity

We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional with strong expertise in digital assets, blockchain technologies, and cybersecurity risk management to join our Risk Management function. This role will be responsible for overseeing cybersecurity governance, risk assessments, control reviews, and security oversight of digital asset platforms, wallets, custody solutions, and smart contract environments.

What You Will Do:

• Lead cybersecurity reviews of digital asset platforms, products, and services.
• Assess and monitor cybersecurity risks, findings, and remediation activities related to digital asset environments.
• Oversee security reviews and monitoring of smart contracts and blockchain-based applications.
• Review digital asset custody solutions, wallet security controls, and key management practices.
• Define security requirements and monitoring use cases for digital asset security solutions.
• Drive closure of cybersecurity findings arising from audits, penetration testing, assessments, and regulatory reviews.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and governance documentation for digital assets.
• Prepare cybersecurity dashboards, KRIs, management reports, and risk insights.
• Provide cybersecurity guidance to business, technology, cybersecurity teams, and third-party providers.
• Support regulatory engagements and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts, digital asset wallets, custody solutions, and cryptographic key management.
• Hands-on experience with digital asset security and/or custody platforms, including wallet security, key management controls, and security monitoring.
• 4-6 years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, information security, security architecture, or related fields.
• Experience in cybersecurity risk assessments, control reviews, governance reporting, audits, penetration testing remediation, and findings management.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and risk-based decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and senior management stakeholders.
