Internship Customer & Process Data Quality

We are looking for a candidate who will support in checking and fixing data quality issue supporting MSC core operational processes, such as Planning, Sales and Operations.
This is a temporary role, initially for 6 months, with the potential for extension.
The main tasks will be keeping clear data in the internal CRM system, supporting the main team in:

• the evaluation of existing customers’ contracts and projects;
• the maintenance of the existing customers’ portfolio;
• the planning of customers’ activities.
• Reimbursement per month: 800,00 Euro gross

• Excellent Italian skills required, both written and verbal.
• Fluent English required (written and verbal).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or a related field is preferred (not explicitly required but could be beneficial for the role).
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Working proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently, using own initiative, as well as a part of a team.
• Positive and proactive mindset.
