About The Role
As a Customer Care Specialist within DNV Business Assurance, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting the successful execution of certification projects.
Working closely with customers, auditors, planners, and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate a variety of customer service, project administration, quotation, contract, and operational support activities. You will ensure that customer and project information is managed accurately, processes run efficiently, and projects are supported from quotation through delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and process customer information required for quotations, contracts, certification projects, and service delivery.
- Support customers with inquiries related to certification projects, services, schedules, and administrative processes, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Prepare quotation calculations, quotations, contracts, and related documentation in accordance with company procedures and accreditation requirements.
- Register, maintain, and validate customer, project, and certificate information within corporate ERP systems, ensuring high data quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with auditors, planners, and other internal stakeholders to support efficient project execution and timely service delivery.
- Coordinate with sister companies and relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and operational procedures.
- Review and validate supplier invoices and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Support project financial administration through invoice verification, cost monitoring, and maintenance of project-related financial records.
- Coordinate supplier administration activities, including supplier registration, supplier data maintenance, and occasional preparation of supplier agreements using approved templates.
- Perform general internal and external administrative activities and contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes.
