Financial and Strategy Advisory Specialist

Uses specialization in a particular client segment (i.e. workers comp, excess and surplus, casualty expertise, property expertise, life and health sciences, terrorism, cyber security) to advise their clients on risk and placement.
Recommends reinsurance placement for clients based on financial data, reinsurance policies and quantitative analyses from junior colleagues.
Uses risk information and information from prior client cases to develop a compelling point to consult with clients on their risk exposure.
Establishes and maintains relationships with new and existing clients and reinsurers to help expand the business.
Implements processes and policies suggested by senior management to help drive the team to reach their projected financial targets.
Encourages team members to improve their understanding of financial and strategy advisory by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.

All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $115,500 to $245,900.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
