Customer Project Manager

As a Customer Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering complex data center projects within AI cloud environments. You will be responsible for leading the deployment and integration of front-end and back-end network infrastructure, ensuring successful project execution from planning through delivery. Leveraging your expertise in GPU cloud networking and experience working with hyperscalers and GPU cloud providers, you will drive seamless implementation of advanced networking solutions and foster strong customer and stakeholder engagement.

• Lead and manage data center projects, focusing on AI cloud DCF front-end and backend network integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Engage with GPU cloud providers and hyperscalers to negotiate contracts, establish partnerships, and stay updated on the latest technologies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in data center management and AI cloud integration.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and challenges, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
• Document project plans, processes, and procedures to maintain a knowledge base for future reference and knowledge transfer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in data center management, with a strong focus on AI cloud integration.
• Proven track record in leading and managing complex data center projects, preferably in the AI cloud domain.
• In-depth knowledge of GPU cloud-based networking and experience working with GPU cloud providers and hyperscalers.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Willingness to travel as required for project implementation and client engagements.
