As a Program Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally to lead, structure, and successfully execute our most critical security programs. We are looking for a proactive problem solver—someone who doesn't just track schedules or take notes, but owns outcomes, dives deep to get clarity, and holds global teams accountable to execution.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Proactive Problem Solving: Spotting potential risks early, identifying process bottlenecks, and taking early action to help keep projects on track.
• Global Team Coordination: Managing timelines, tracking dependencies, and facilitating smooth collaboration across distributed, international time zones.
• Driven to Get Clarity: Asking thoughtful questions, validating assumptions, and digging into the details until key stakeholders have necessary clarity.
• Clear Communication & Documentation: Keeping project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder updates clear, organized, and up to date.
• Process Improvement & Collaboration: Bringing strong initiative, learning from senior team members, and working as a supportive, reliable team player to refine team workflows.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Bring foundational experience driving cross-functional projects
• Have 2+ years of experience in program management skills
• Show strong self-management, taking initiative to drive daily progress and find answers without needing constant step-by-step direction.
• Use great communication and organizational skills to keep stakeholders aligned, keep track of key details, and document decisions clearly.
• Adapt comfortably when priorities shift, keeping a positive focus and maintaining project momentum.
• Build strong relationships to motivate partners, help teams overcome day-to-day blockers, and stay persistent when challenges pop up.
• Demonstrate good judgment and proactive planning to reliably deliver high-quality work.
• Program Ownership & Execution: Taking personal accountability for project plans, tracking deliverables, and coordinating execution with cross-functional teams.
