Program Manager 3

As a Senior Program Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and operational readiness of strategic AI infrastructure and GPU delivery initiatives. You will be responsible for translating complex technical and operational requirements into integrated execution plans, establishing governance frameworks, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple concurrent programs. This role requires the ability to influence across organizations, navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive executive decision-making without direct authority.

• Own end-to-end execution of complex AI infrastructure and GPU delivery programs, from strategic planning and deployment readiness through operational handoff.
• Lead program scope, roadmaps, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Cloud Platform, Networking, SRE, Data Center Operations, Observability, Finance, Business Operations, hardware partners, and leadership.
• Establish program governance, execution reviews, readiness assessments, and cross-functional operating mechanisms to drive accountability and timely decisions.
• Monitor GPU fleet readiness, deployments, operational health, availability, and reliability across current and next-generation AI platforms.
• Navigate complex cross-organizational dependencies, resolve blockers, manage escalations, and drive mitigation plans through completion.
• Lead operational readiness, change management, incident management, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions to improve service delivery.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs covering program health, customer impact, operational performance, financial status, risks, and key decisions.
• Partner with engineering and observability teams to improve visibility into GPU health, network fabric performance, RDMA/RoCE, InfiniBand, and overall service health.
• Build scalable program frameworks, processes, documentation, runbooks, and playbooks that enable repeatable execution.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI-assisted workflows, data-driven decision-making, and operational optimization.
• Build trusted partnerships across internal and external teams, align priorities, and communicate program status clearly to senior leadership..

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in project management, data analysis, and direct business experience within a specialized function.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• PMP and/or Scrum Master certification.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with functional and technical teams.
• Experience building and managing program reporting tools, including scorecards and KPI metrics.
• Ability to balance quantitative and qualitative metrics to provide holistic business insights.
• Expert-level Excel skills, including dynamic pivot reports and data visualization.
• Ability to influence stakeholders through data visualization and interpretation.
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $67,900 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
