This is a role where you will own high-complexity EDD reviews across a concurrent case queue. This is a production role where judgment, structure, and writing quality matter.What You’ll DoRun end-to-end EDD reviews across multiple active casesSynthesize KYB/KYC, ownership structures, and prior reviews upfrontPerform licensing/regulatory analysis (FinCEN/MSB, VASP, MiCA, CARF, SIBA)Send targeted outreach based on actual info gapsValidate against primary source docsDeliver clear, defensible EDD reports (business model, funds flow, AML risk, adverse media, review cadence)QualificationsNew graduates are encouraged to applyStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationHigh attention to detail and ability to work through complex informationAbility to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environmentInterest in financial crime, compliance, fintech, or financial servicesThis is a high-autonomy role where you’ll truly have the autonomy to improve how work gets done. $80k base salary.
