Associate Business Development & Operations

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and client leads.
• Lead coordination of proposals, presentations, and client communications.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily platform operations to ensure efficiency and optimal performance.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics such as engagement, completion rates, and activity levels.
• Ensure all quests are properly launched, managed, and completed according to standards.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Act as the main point of coordination between Business Development, Product, and Operations teams.

Platform & Execution Oversight

• Manage publishing, featuring, and boosting of quests based on strategic priorities.
• Ensure quality control and accuracy of all live quests.
• Escalate system or operational issues and follow through until resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
