Responsibilities

• Working in liaison with any retained legal services provider to resolve all legal matter involving the association.
• Ensuring that the association complies to statutory requirements in line with NIRA’s enabling laws.
• Coordinating human resource functions including recruitment and selection, compensation, promotion, man power planning, performance management and industrial relations.
• Providing guidance, performance management and industrial relations
• Acting as compliance manager for the association, ensuring that all complaints and grievances from members are appropriately dealt with in line corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of law. MBA or LLM is an added advantage
• At least 5 years experience in general administration
• Preferable experience in ICT industry
• Membership of any relevant professional bodies such as NBA, CIPM etc.
