POSITION: Lead Behavioral Health Tech

RESPONSIBLE TO: Site Director of Operations

SUPERVISED BY: Site Director of Operations

POSITION/INDIVIDUALS SUPERVISED: BHT as applicable

INTERRELATIONSHIPS: Maintains open communication lines with the Site Director of Operations, COO, Clinical Director, Corporate Staff, Facility Staff, Attending Clinicians and Physicians and clients; liaison with community agencies, and vendors as assigned by supervisor.

STATUS: Exempt/Supervisory/Administrative

POSITION PURPOSE: The Lead Behavioral Health Tech is responsible for supervision, coordinating and providing for the overall transportation, facility, care of all clients and supervision of tech’s.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

Position is required to work indoors and outdoor environment as needed.
Potential exposure to violent situations.
No potential exposure to airborne/blood-borne pathogens or other potentially infectious materials.
