In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. This internship offers hands-on exposure to hiring practices in a fast-paced tech environment and an opportunity to build strong foundations in Talent Acquisition and Employer <Branding.At> CloudRaft, we are looking for dedicated individuals who truly walk the talk,people who take ownership, follow through on commitments, understand work requirements in a startup environment and bring consistency to their work. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platformsScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessmentsCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidatesMaintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment trackersSupport in drafting and posting job descriptions across platformsContribute to employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activitiesEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processProvide administrative support to the HR/TA team as requiredEligibility CriteriaPursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or EngineeringStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and basic recruitment toolsDetail-oriented with a proactive approachKeen interest in Talent Acquisition and Employer BrandingStipend & DurationStipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per monthMode: Remote (Work from anywhere in India) - 7-8 hours per dayDuration: One week trial and then 3 to 6 monthsWhy Join CloudRaft?Remote-first work cultureHands-on experience in recruitment and HR operationsMentorship from experienced HR professionalsOpportunity to work in a fast-growing AI & cloud-focused companyPotential full-time opportunity based on performance
