RATE INCREASE - Local CDLA Delivery Driver CDL-A Local Driver | HOME DAILY | NEW PAY INCREASE! Join Midwest Refrigerated Services! We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers looking for a Home Daily, Monday-Friday position with competitive pay, overtime, excellent benefits, and career growth. Compensation NEW PAY: $23.00 - $27.00 /hour (based on experience & safe driving) Average Annual Earnings: $45,000 - $70,000+ Overtime after 40 hours (45-50 hours/week average) Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit Referral Bonus up to $1,500 Retention Bonuses up to $2,500 Schedule/Location Madison: Monday - Friday, start 8am-10am, work to completion, 8-10 hours per day Milwaukee: Monday - Friday, start 4AM-7AM, work to completion, 8-10 hours per day Home Daily 8 - 10 hour shifts 3 - 7 stops per day No Touch Freight - Drop & Hook or Live unloads Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision 401(k) with Company Match Company - Paid Life & Disability Insurance PTO, Holiday Pay & 2 Floating Holidays Flexible Spending Accounts Employee Assistance Program What You'll Do Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer.
