SECTION HEAD Primary responsibility is to ensure that the Section meets or exceeds its targets by managing institutional and individual (as applicable) accounts and developing client relationships GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY 1.Account Management/ Maintenance 2.Coordinating 3.Prospecting – from existing and new individual and institutional clients 4.Documentation JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The role is responsible for managing and growing client relationships by increasing assets under management, expanding product usage, acquiring new accounts, and achieving revenue targets. It ensures timely responses to client inquiries, portfolio reporting, and regular client updates on investment strategies, market conditions, and portfolio performance. The role also maintains up-to-date client investment profiles and regulatory documentation. In addition, the position coordinates with clients and internal teams to deliver investment solutions, address concerns, process approval requests, and prepare proposals for committee or board approval. It supports business development efforts by identifying new clients, preparing investment recommendations, conducting client meetings, and assisting in marketing and sales activities. The role ensures the completeness and accuracy of account documentation, maintains audit standards, reviews transactions and account activities, prepares client presentation materials, and keeps account records updated. It also supervises and develops Portfolio Relationship Managers and Portfolio Associates by providing training, monitoring performance, recommending development opportunities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and supporting the career growth of team members. JOB QUALIFICATIONS At least Bachelor's Degree Graduate, preferably with a Business-related course Thorough and comprehensive knowledge of all Trust products and Business Thorough knowledge of Trust rules and Regulations Basic knowledge of economics and financial markets Own network of clients and prospect
