Job Description & Summary : The Architect / Manager / Senior Manager defines and governs scalable architectures for Agentic AI, cloud data platforms, connected products, IoT ecosystems, and industrial automation. The role is responsible for translating business and operational needs into secure, interoperable edge-to-cloud architectures, providing technical leadership from solution design through delivery and scale-up. Job Position Title: IN_ Manager / Senior Manager_Implementation_ Digital Engineering Transformation_Advisory_Kolkata Responsibilities : Define target, reference, and solution architectures for Agentic AI, data platforms, connected systems, IoT, edge, and industrial automation. Architect enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI solutions (RAG, knowledge systems, tool-enabled agents, multi-agent workflows, orchestration, memory, evaluation, guardrails, observability, and human oversight). Design edge-to-cloud and event-driven architectures connecting devices, gateways, assets, operational systems, enterprise platforms, and AI services. Define multi-cloud architecture patterns across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Create architecture blueprints for connected products, connected operations, digital twins, fleet and asset data platforms, and industrial data fabrics. Lead technology selection, architecture reviews, non-functional requirements, design assurance, risk management, and technical governance. Mandatory skill sets: Architecture & AI: Enterprise/solution architecture experience in Data, AI, Cloud, IoT, Connected Systems, or Digital Engineering. Expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI (LLMs, RAG, vector databases, agent frameworks, multi-agent patterns, evaluation, guardrails, security, and responsible AI). Cloud: Strong knowledge across major providers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) with deep expertise in at least one. IoT/Connected Systems: Experience architecting devices, telemetry, edge computing, messaging, APIs, event streaming, device management, digital twins, and edge-to-cloud integration. Technical Stack: Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, microservices, containers, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, and infrastructure as code. Soft Skills: Consulting, stakeholder management, solution governance, presentation, estimation, and team leadership. Preferred skill sets: Domain Expertise: Industrial automation, manufacturing operations, connected assets, mobility, energy, utilities, or other asset-intensive sectors. Industrial Systems: PLC, SCADA, DCS, Historian, MES/Composable MES, CMMS, ERP, industrial networks, and IT/OT integration. Industrial Data/Tech: Industrial Data Fabric, Unified Namespace, industrial edge, time-series platforms, digital twins, asset models, and OT cybersecurity. Platform Specifics: AWS: IoT Core, Greengrass, SiteWise, FleetWise, TwinMaker. Azure: IoT Operations, IoT Hub, Digital Twins, Event Hubs, Azure Arc. Software/Tools: HighByte, Litmus, Cognite, Ignition, Tulip, Siemens Opcenter, AVEVA, or Rockwell FactoryTalk. Years of experience required: 10-15 years of relevant experience in enterprise or solution architecture. Education qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Management, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous
