Assistant General Manager - Solution Design

Position Overview: The AGM – Solution Design will lead Network Design, FMCD Warehouse Design & Consultancy, and SCM Design initiatives. The role involves managing teams, driving innovative and profitable solutions, ensuring strong project governance, and engaging with customers to deliver valuedriven supply chain solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the Solution Design team; monitor performance and build capability through training and mentoring. • Oversee end-to-end solution design and implementation planning with clear scheduling and documentation. • Ensure timely execution of tasks and completion of all operational documentation. • Conduct project debriefs, create action plans, and initiate continuous improvement initiatives. • Engage with prospective customers and guide the team during solution development and presentations. • Drive innovation, creative thinking, and value-added ideas within the team. • Monitor margins of implemented projects to ensure commercial viability. Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong expertise in Network Design, Warehouse Design (FMCD), and SCM Consulting • Proven people leadership and motivation skills • Analytical, creative, and solution-oriented mindset • Strong customer engagement and project management capabilities Qualifications: • 8–12 years in supply chain/logistics solution design • Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering OR MBA in Supply Chain Management
