Pediatric Director
Lumio Dental is seeking a multi-unit dental leader who knows how to grow practices, develop leaders, and drive results. Lumio Dental is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Pediatric Director to help lead the next chapter of our pediatric division.
We are looking for a proven multi-unit leader who understands dental operations, can develop strong Office Managers, and is comfortable owning the performance of 16 + locations.
What You Will Own
Operational and financial performance
Full P&L ownership, including revenue, labor, expenses, and profitability
Practice growth, patient volume, collections, and operational KPIs
Development and accountability Regional Operations Managers who manage 4-8 clinics each
Strong partnerships with pediatric dentists and clinical leadership
Staffing, retention, and team engagement in partnership with Recruiting and HR
Identification of growth opportunities, including additional providers, expanded schedules, and practice utilization
Consistent execution while protecting the culture and identity of each practice
Support of acquisitions, integrations, and future growth
Who We Are Looking For
College degree or equivalent experience
Dental industry experience required
Multi-unit leadership experience overseeing 10+ locations required
Proven P&L ownership required
Pediatric dental experience
Strong financial and operational business acumen
Experience leading and developing leaders
Ability to build strong relationships with doctors
Comfortable using data to identify problems, make decisions, and drive results
A leader who can balance people, culture, growth, and profitability
Ability to travel throughout assigned markets
