QualificationsWhat You’ll Do

Provide direct patient care while overseeing daily nursing operations
Lead, coach, and support nursing staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions with accuracy
Administer medications following nursing standards and correctional guidelines
Ensure provider orders and treatment plans are carried out effectively
Respond decisively to medical concerns and urgent situations
Maintain compliance with State Scope of Practice and facility policies
Serve as a vital link between nursing staff, providers, and facility leadership
