Director Finance - Medical Group

Job Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required. Master’s Degree (MBA) preferred. 5+ years’ experience in a financial leadership position required, and 3 within a medical group or hospital based physician network required. Must also have experience in managing physician compensation plans, managing physician billing and collections, developing business plans and budget management.
