HR Talent Intern

Join Mondelēz Canada as an HR Talent Intern for a 12-month internship. This role offers hands-on experience in talent management, organizational development, strategic planning, employee engagement, HR analytics, and special HR projects. Ideal candidates are recent graduates or current students in HR-related programs.

• Proficiency in AI tools and their integration with Microsoft Office applications
• Prior internship or work experience in HR management required
• Strong systems and analytical capability: ability to organize large raw data sets into comprehensive data that can be used for business decisions
• Currently enrolled in the final year of an undergraduate HR Co-op program at a university, pursuing an MBA with a focus on HR, or completed a university degree and enrolled in a post-graduate HR Co-op certificate program
