About The Role
Join our high-impact team in London as a Senior Collections Analyst. In this role, you will drive cash collections, streamline financial processes, and safeguard the company's fiscal health. You will be the key bridge between Accounts Receivable, Customer Success, and our global customer base, delivering a world-class customer experience while driving financial results. Responsibilities include defining and improving collections strategies, resolving outstanding payments, identifying root causes of billing discrepancies, delivering visibility on delinquent accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging AI-driven tools for optimization.
- Drive process excellence by defining, documenting, and continuously improving end-to-end collections strategies and automated billing procedures.
- Investigate complex balances, conduct routine follow-ups, and resolve outstanding payments in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and AR teams while providing an exceptional experience to internal and external stakeholders.
- Are you a results-driven collections professional who balances empathy with firm negotiation?
- Strong understanding of end-to-end AR processes and cash collection strategies
- Hands-on experience with modern ERP, billing systems, and AI-driven collection platforms (such as Stuut), along with flexibility to work with new AI tools and systems
- Exceptional communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in high-growth settings
- Knowledge preferred in SQL for data extraction, financial analysis, and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
- 2–3+ years of progressive collections or accounts receivable experience
- Fluency in English + at least one additional European language is strongly preferred
