Talent Attraction Specialist - Swedish

Join MSXI Hungary as a Talent Attraction Specialist. In this role, you will support the end-to-end Talent Acquisition Process, improve the effectiveness of the selection, and provide a great candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers and Talent Specialists to identify position requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, at least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, and a process-driven mindset.

• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Specialists to identify position requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Identify the most appropriate sourcing strategy to meet the requirements, including posting, active searching, and talent pipeline.
• Perform screening and first contact with candidates, helping them along the selection process and identifying opportunities to improve the candidate experience.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

**Required Skills**

• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish (both written and verbal).
• At least 1-2 years' experience in Recruitment preferably in an international company and/or shared services HR function.
• Experience in ATS systems. (SmartRecruiters, Success Factors would be advantageous)
• Results oriented: ability to recognize what results are important and what steps need to be taken to achieve them.
• Process driven mindset: you believe in guidelines and efficiency, follow the process and suggest ideas for continuously improving.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple priorities and volumes.
