Senior Account Manager (North America)
InMobi · New York, United States
About The Role
Join InMobi, a leading global provider of enterprise platforms for marketers. As a Senior Account Manager for North America, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, optimizing campaign delivery, and driving upsell opportunities. You will work closely with sales, operations, creative solutions, insights, measurement partnerships, supply partnerships, and tech teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record in account management and client success.
- Onboard new advertiser customers onto InMobi and Glance ad systems, ensuring successful integration.
- Own the end-to-end delivery and KPI optimization of every deal sold by Sales Manager partners, coordinating with various teams.
- Act as the client's day-to-day point of contact post-sale, managing account retention and growth plans, and tracking upsell activities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, and stakeholders simultaneously, and to reprioritize quickly as account needs shift
- 8+ years of overall client success or account management experience, including at least 4 years in digital and/or programmatic advertising
- Demonstrated success partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales, Ad Ops, Creative, Insights, Product) and building trusted relationships internally
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable interpreting campaign data to identify performance trends, risks, and upsell opportunities, and translating them into clear client recommendations
- Strong ownership instincts and proactive communication — comfortable operating as one half of a tight, paired pod (AM + Seller) rather than managing an undifferentiated account list
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics/BI tools
- A proven track record of owning post-sale account health and driving measurable retention and growth within existing client accounts, including experience carrying or contributing to an upsell/renewal target
- Strong account management and client success experience, including managing complex agency and brand relationships and co-owning account strategy with a sales partner
- Willingness and flexibility to work with global teams across several time zones
- Hands-on experience with major DSPs and platforms such as The Trade Desk (TTD), DV360, and Amazon DSP is a strong plus
