Senior Threat Advisor

Join SentinelOne as a Senior Threat Advisor, where you will serve as a trusted advisor for our Managed Detection & Response (MDR) customers. You will guide them through onboarding, ongoing service delivery, and provide expert advice on endpoint protection, threat detection, incident response, and recovery. You will also support Proof of Concept engagements for prospective MDR customers and represent MDR services at company events and conferences. • Serve as a trusted advisor for SentinelOne's Managed Detection & Response (MDR) customers, guiding them through onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
• Lead initial and ongoing customer engagement, reviewing MDR operational metrics and trends, and recommending corrective actions to reduce risk.
• Support Proof of Concept (POC) engagements for prospective MDR customers, and represent MDR services at company events and conferences.

• A strong background in security operations, incident response, or threat intelligence, with a genuine passion for protecting customers from cyber attacks
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of the current threat landscape, including common attacker TTPs and prominent threat actor groups
• Experience as a security operations practitioner in SOC operations, security monitoring, incident investigation/response, malware analysis, threat hunting, or threat intelligence
• Proven experience managing complex customer escalations and collaborating across internal teams to drive resolution
