Affiliates Specialist

Join FARFETCH as an Affiliates Specialist, where you will play a key role in driving our affiliate marketing efforts. You will manage the recruitment and activation of new affiliate and influencer partners, support channel growth targets, and analyze campaign performance. • Recruit and activate new affiliate/influencer partners across various categories to drive growth.
• Manage and optimize existing affiliate relationships to achieve business goals and channel growth targets.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify performance opportunities, and share insights with senior stakeholders.

• You have 2–3 years of experience in Affiliates or Growth Partner Marketing and a strong passion for e-commerce
• You clearly communicate updates and initiatives across the business, aligning with key KPIs and commercial goals
• You are detail-oriented, collaborative, and consistently deliver high-quality work
• You understand affiliate networks and tracking solutions, including how to set up tracking and reporting
• You communicate confidently with partners and bring a commercial mindset to contract negotiations
• You can analyse and draw insights from large datasets. You have good knowledge of Excel and are comfortable in producing complex reports, using formulas and building pivot tables. Knowledge of the Looker software is a bonus
