Solutions Architect

Join our growing team as a Solutions Architect, where you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with sales teams, clients, and delivery teams to design innovative, scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions across various technologies. Your role will involve engaging with customers to understand their business objectives, designing end-to-end solutions, producing high-quality documentation, and supporting project delivery teams. You will also stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to the development of new managed services and sales enablement materials.

• Act as the technical lead during the presales process, engaging with customers to understand their business objectives, technical challenges, and transformation goals.
• Design and present end-to-end solutions across various technologies, including Public Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, Enterprise Infrastructure, Networking, and Cyber Security.
• Produce high-quality solution designs, project scopes, resource plans, and cost estimates, and deliver compelling customer presentations and technical demonstrations.

• The ideal candidate will have a broad technical background with experience across enterprise infrastructure, public cloud platforms, networking, security, and managed services, combined with strong commercial awareness and excellent customer engagement skills
• Experience with automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code using technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python, or CloudFormation
• Experience with identity, authentication, and access management solutions (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta or equivalent)
• Knowledge of virtualisation platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, or similar technologies
• Strong experience designing enterprise infrastructure and cloud solutions across one or more major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Understanding of cloud governance, cost optimisation, licensing, and commercial considerations
• Solid understanding of hybrid cloud, cloud migration, modernisation, and digital transformation projects
• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles including Zero Trust, endpoint protection, identity security, SIEM, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance
• Experience designing networking solutions including routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and network security
• Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting bids, proposals, and customer presentations
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, Presales Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and solution design skills
• Experience delivering customer workshops, technical discovery sessions, and solution design engagements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
