Senior Recruiter (Contract)

Join Airbyte as a Senior Recruiter on a 6-month contract. In this hands-on role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of GTM and technical roles, partner closely with hiring managers and leadership, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes. • Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby and managing candidate flow
• Ability to operate independently as a contractor, managing priorities and deadlines
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
• Experience recruiting in the San Francisco Bay Area and familiarity with the local talent market
• Proven ability to source and engage candidates across diverse role types and seniority levels
• Ability to use pipeline data and candidate feedback to identify issues and recommend changes to a search
