Senior Director of Product Marketing (Cresta Agents)

• Proven track record influencing executive stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic direction
• Experience leading GTM strategy for complex, technical platforms
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting at the executive level
• Experience building and scaling product marketing teams
• Strong understanding of large language models and enterprise AI deployment
• 8–12+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in Enterprise SaaS or AI
• Experience in contact center, customer experience, or enterprise automation categories
• Experience marketing AI Agent or agentic AI systems
