About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of next-generation charging platforms and supporting hardware. You will work closely with various engineering teams to ensure the reliability and performance of electrical designs.   • Demonstrated experience designing highly integrated electronics, including schematic capture, PCB design and layout review, and making component- and subsystem-level design tradeoffs
  • Experience with ECAD tools such as Altium or equivalent tools
  • Strong hands-on hardware development skills, including prototype bring-up, circuit characterization, debugging, and use of electrical test and measurement equipment
  • Strong electrical engineering fundamentals across analog and digital circuit design, power architecture and power management, component selection, communication interfaces, and debugging of complex electrical systems
  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently drive ambiguous technical problems and communicate design decisions effectively across multidisciplinary teams
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience, with demonstrated ownership of electrical hardware designs from concept through prototype, validation, and production
