Digital Account Manager (German Speaker)

Join our team as a Digital Account Manager, where you will manage a set of assigned or acquired accounts, build and maintain a sales pipeline, and create account plans. You will work closely with outside sales, channel partners, and end customers to drive sales opportunities to closure. This role requires a strong understanding of IT and industry solutions, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate within a team.

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst, Partnern und Endkunden, um Verkaufschancen zu nutzen und den Verkaufszyklus voranzutreiben.
• Generierung, Qualifizierung und Überprüfung neuer Leads, um Verkaufschancen bis zum Abschluss zu treiben.

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT/Business Administration and more)
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
• Proficient knowledge in a Customer Relationship Management system or Salesforce system which allows businesses to manage business relationships and the data and information associated with them
• Proficient communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient knowledge of IT and/or industry solutions, products and services to solve business challenges
• Proficient understanding of company's portfolios of products and services
• Proficient account management, acquisition, retention and development skills
• Requires a relationship selling and new business approach
• Able to collaborate within a team and based on opportunities leads a sales project team
