📞 What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and internet leads
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with customers to ensure a guest-first experience
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Work closely with the sales team to drive showroom traffic
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals
