Role - Investor Relations Lead

Key responsibilities:

·Preliminary engagement with the capital market participants
·Assist Head IR in preparing quarterly investor related documents including presentations, press releases, narratives and FAQs.
·Track macroeconomic and industry and developments through in depth research
·Deep dive analysis on different companies in competition space.
·Prepare other related documents like Investor factsheets, IR MIS, meeting trackers, etc.
Requirement:
·Total experience: ~5 years in IR/Corporate Finance/Treasury
·Qualification: CA/CFA/MBA
·Proficiency: MS Excel, PPT
·Strong interpersonal skills
